Here's how to perform a health check on your Trezor.
Go to Key Management from the vault homepage
Select your Trezor device key, then select Request Health Check. Instructions will be sent to your email.
Ensure your device is within reach and you have the USB cable provided with your device.
Click the โStart Health Checkโ link provided in the email. This will open a new browser tab for the trezor.io web application.

Connect your Trezor to your computer via USB and follow prompts on the web application.
You will be asked to activate the device and grant permissions for the Trezor web application to read and export public keys from the device.
Select 'Standard' or 'Hidden Wallet' (requiring a passphrase) depending on how to initially set up the device.
With your Trezor now connected, you can โCheck Key Healthโ.
Grant permission again to sign a Bitcoin message
Follow instructions on device, confirming signing address and Bitcoin message.
Once you confirm the Bitcoin message, your key signature will be verified and the Theya web application will display the health status of your paired device.
