If your advisor charges a fee for managing your bitcoin vault in Theya, you’ll receive an invoice directly inside the app. You can pay it using your Theya Vault or an external wallet in just a few steps.
Paying on the web app
Log in to the Theya web app
Click on the New invoice banner at the top of the screen, or navigate to the Invoices tab in the sidebar
Find the relevant invoice for your advisor-managed vault
Click on the latest invoice, then click Pay invoice
Choose a payment method:
Pay with Theya Vault
Pay via External Wallet or Exchange
If paying with your Theya Vault:
Click Sign with Key at the bottom of the screen
Complete the signing process with your key
If paying via external wallet:
Copy the receive address or scan the QR code
Send the BTC amount from your exchange or wallet
Paying on the mobile app
Open the Theya app
Tap the New Invoice banner at the top of the screen
You can also access invoices by tapping Vault Settings and then tapping Invoices at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the latest invoice, then tap Pay Invoice at the bottom of the screen
Choose a payment method:
Pay with Theya Vault
Pay via External Wallet or Exchange
If paying with your Theya Vault:
Tap Sign with Key
Complete the signing process with your key

Final step: confirm with your advisor
After sending payment, be sure to:
Confirm the invoice amount with your advisor before sending
Confirm that they have received the funds once the payment is complete
