Adding team members in Theya for Business allows you to distribute key responsibilities across your organization while maintaining strong access controls. Whether you're onboarding new employees or expanding your operational capacity, it's easy to invite users and assign them roles.


Why team invitations matter

Bitcoin treasury operations require coordination across executives, finance teams, and operational staff. By adding team members with defined roles, you can maintain both transparency and security inside your Business Vaults.


How to invite a team member

  1. Log in to your Theya Business account.

  2. Navigate to the Members tab in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Add Member in the top right corner.

  4. Enter the following:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Role (Employee or Admin)

  5. Click Send Invite.

The invited team member will receive an email prompting them to join your organization. Once accepted, they will appear in your Members tab with the assigned role.


Managing access after invitation

  • Roles and permissions can be changed at any time by Admins

  • You can remove a team member immediately if access needs to be revoked

  • Vault-specific permissions (like signing or viewing) are set independently


Best practices

  • Invite only team members who need access to treasury functions

  • Use the Employee role for day-to-day contributors

  • Audit the Members tab regularly to ensure your team list is current
